It is composed of P- type & N- type semiconductive materials with at least three terminals for connection to an external circuit. A voltage or current applied to one pair of the transistor's terminals changes the current flowing through another pair of terminals. A thermistor is a type of resistor whose resistance varies significantly with temperature.   There are basic two types of thermistor.   What is RGB LED? | how it works?   HELLO FRIENDS.   RGB LED   An RGB LED, as name suggests is a special LED which is capable of producing all colors by mixing Red, Green and Blue colors . In simple words It consists of 3 LEDs (Red, Green, Blue) together in a package and by variation of these 3 colors more colors can be formed.   An RGB LED is having 4 pins, one of which is a common anode and other 3 pins are for Red, Green and Blue respectively. Or common cathode and other 3 pins are Red, Green, Blue.   So, to distinguish between common cathode and common anode RGB LEDs: Use a multimeter in continuity mode. If the LED lights up with the red tip on the longest lead and the black on one of the other leads – you have a common anode RGB LED If the LED lights up with the black tip on the longest lead and the red tip on one of the other leads – you have a common cathode RGB LED.   By manufactur...

  What is microphone? | how it’s works?   HELLO FRIENDS.   Microphone   It is a transducer that converts sound to an electrical audio signal . It consists of two metal plates separated by granules of carbon. One plate is very thin and faces outward, acting as a diaphragm . When sound waves strike this plate, the pressure on the granules changes, which in turn changes the electrical resistance between the plates.   Please note the MIC is polar, The wire which is connected to its outer cover is negative.   As name suggest condenser means capacitor, an electronic component which stores energy in the form of an electrostatic field.   What is reed switch? | how reed switch works? HELLO FRIENDS.   Reed Switch   The reed switch is an electrical switch operated by an applied magnetic field .   CONSTRUCTION:- It consists of a pair of ferromagnetic contacts on iron metal reeds in a sealed glass envelope. When a magnet comes near to this switch, it magnetize the iron reeds and come together to make a contact. This temporary contact works as a switch.
